There shall be a fence not less than five feet high around the entire pool with a self-closing, self-locking gate. The gate shall lock from the inside pool area.

The draining shall be done so that no unsanitary or unhealthful conditions will be created, as a result of the draining, to the surrounding area. No drain may be connected to the sanitary sewer system.
