A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF GALVA, KANSAS FROM K.S.A. 1980 SUPPLEMENT 75-1120A, WHICH REQUIRES CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES TO MAINTAIN FIXED ASSET RECORDS AND ACCOUNTINGS.

Section 1. That the City of Galva, Kansas, a city of the third class, by the power invested in it by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas hereby elects to and does exempt itself from the provisions of K.S.A. 1980 Supp. 75-1120a, and makes said statute inapplicable to said city insofar as said statute requires said city to maintain fixed asset records and accountings.
